How to Submit Your Application

From gathering documents to mailing the originals — six steps, start to finish.

Gather Your Documents

Before you start the application, make sure you have every document ready.

  • Application form · passport copy · bank balance certificate · diploma · transcript · family relation certificate, etc.
  • Issuing conditions and validity periods differ by document — always check the current recruitment guidelines.

Upload Your ID Photo

Upload a photo taken within the last 6 months. Check these requirements before you upload.

  • Color photo, white background
  • Face fills at least 2/3 of the frame
  • Neck to top of head clearly visible

Fill Out the Application Form

Complete every section carefully and in full.

  • Be thorough — leave nothing blank
  • Korean or English — answer every question in one or the other
  • Choosing "Other" — always add the details
Submitting online isn't the final stepYou must also mail or hand-deliver the required original documents (all except the application form itself) within the application period for your registration to be complete.

Submit Your Original Documents

Finished online? Now send in your originals. Everything except the application form must reach us by mail or in person during the application period.

What counts as a completed applicationOnline submission + original documents — both are required before your application is considered complete.

Check Your Login Info

You'll need these three, exactly as you entered them when you applied.

  • Full name (in English, matching your passport)
  • Email address
  • Password
This part matters mostUse the exact same name, email, and password you entered when you applied. Your name especially must match the English name on your passport.

Return to the Application Page

Go back to the same page you used to apply.

  • Search "Chonnam Korean Language Course"
  • Click "Apply for Korean Regular Course" on the homepage
  • From there, go to the login screen
Don't start a new applicationIf you've already submitted one, just log in with the details you used before.

Log In With Your Application Details

Passports list the family name first, then the given name(s). For example, if your passport shows SURNAME: SMITH · GIVEN NAMES: JOHN MICHAEL, enter it like this:
